More than 15 months ago, developer Ohm Patel revealed plans for a boutique hotel in Over-the-Rhine across the street from TQL Stadium. Since then, Patel’s Moment Development, in a joint venture with Downtown Property Management Inc., has been working to receive the necessary approvals to construct the hotel at the corner of Magnolia Street and Central Parkway.
