Located in downtown Cincinnati’s historic Over-the-Rhine neighborhood, this new boutique hotel encompasses both a newly constructed space and one of the last standing canal buildings from the 1800s. The major roadway it sits on was once the Miami and Erie Canal, who’s waterway was integral to commerce and travel throughout the region. Honoring that history, the boutique hotel will incorporate elements reflective of the structure’s storied past. In addition to guest rooms, the 84,000 SF, 95-key hotel will include a restaurant, bar, and beer garden situated on the newly expanded pedestrian promenade. The site is part of a mixed use development across from the recently opened TQL Stadium, home of the FC Cincinnati Major League Soccer team.
