Following our expansion and interior refresh of the Sigma Nu house, Butler University began prioritizing an overall improvement to its Greek housing, beginning with Delta Delta Delta (Tri Delta). As one of the largest sororities on campus, their existing house boasted many historic elements, but also had the smallest footprint of all of the university’s Greek housing. A large rear addition more than doubles the size of the existing house and a complete interior renovation, including accessibility updates, provides Tri Delta with a modern home, while remaining sensitive to its historic traditions. Intentional outdoor areas provide chapter members with a space to focus on wellbeing.
