The Pavilion

In order to convert the existing North and South Pavilion wings into 44 larger independent living suites, smaller HFA and skilled nursing rooms were combined and renovated. With open floor plans and ample light, the new independent living units offer a bright, welcoming space that residents can make their own. Amenity spaces were also revamped, including the Life Enrichment Center, The Pavilion’s dining room and bar. Occupying a one-story space with ample exterior windows, the renewed design mixes classic simplicity with a few modern design details. The energy of the space evokes that of an antique wooden boat: both majestic and intimate.

The Manor Amenity Spaces

While maintaining original features, Glacier Hills was in need of additional textures and crisp accents to revive The Manor, one of their independent and assisted living spaces. Rich velvets, graphic patterns, and sharp tailored finishes create an entirely new ambiance for residents. With local artistry and welcoming colors shown throughout the space, it brings a homelike feel to those occupying each area.
