Franciscan Living Communities selected Luminaut to lead the design and engineering team in the creation of this new Continuing Care Retirement Community. A facility providing 60 Skilled Nursing units, 56 Assisted Living apartments, and 36 Memory Care apartments has been constructed as phase one of a 50-acre development on the southern edge of Perrysburg, Ohio. The first priority was the creation of the master plan for the full 50-acre site to include 120 Independent Living apartments, as well as 135 cottages. Site utilities, access, landscape, and building designs were created for the required PUD submission. Phase one of the project began construction in the spring of 2012 and was completed in early fall 2013. The Phase one budget was managed by Plante Moran CRESA and Rudolph-Libbe.
