This project centered on transitioning a formerly remote team into a collaborative, open office environment while preserving privacy for focused work and highlighting the classic feel of Gilligan’s brand. Acoustic materials and strategic workstation zoning created quieter zones near the front of the office and more energetic areas toward the back. A standout success was the expressive lighting design, which adds visual rhythm and personality to the space. Additionally, the entry was reimagined by removing a corridor wall and adding full-height glass, giving the office street presence and a welcoming sense of arrival. The final space feels fresh, energetic, and timeless—an ideal reflection of the client’s evolving workplace culture.
