In response to the company’s rapid growth, DMG partnered with Luminaut to create new headquarters that immerses teammates in the brand mission and values—encouraging them to work hard and play harder. With an overall open floor plan, the reimagined workspace spans three floors and over 104,000 SF. Housing a team of more than 650 employees, the space accommodates every work style, task, and need. Collaborative areas and heads-down zones are intertwined throughout to create an environment that can ebb and flow with the growth and development of teams. Large training rooms bring flexibility to the forefront and highlight the importance of learning within DMG. Each floor offers a prime view of Cincinnati’s Fountain Square in the heart of the downtown business district.
