American Campus Communities and Butler University engaged our team to create the feature space of the newly designed Fairview House residence hall. This multipurpose area is meant to be the “living room” for the campus, bringing to life President Danko’s vision for it to be a local hang-out for both Butler students and the neighborhood. The room was designed with flexibility in mind. It can accommodate a wide range of functions, from large banquets to art exhibits, and act as a collaborative work space and campus visitor center.
