This mixed use development brings a much needed hotel and housing option to a popular area. A seven-story addition is planned to an existing historic structure, adding 122,228 square feet. A new subgrade parking garage will add 42 of parking stalls as well as residential storage and back of house access. The first floor will house separate lobbies for the hotel and condo residents, as well as additional parking and three townhomes. Floors two through four are dedicated to the boutique hotel guest rooms, totaling 62. Floors five through seven offer a mix of one and two bedroom condos, totaling 39. Extensive attention has been given to the façade planning to create an addition that honors the history of the district with a modern interpretation.
