The historic English Tudor revival home of Sigma Delta Tau on the University of Illinois campus boasted traditional character and original sorority house details. Leaded glass windows with sorority crests, a stately formal fireplace and period 1930s woodwork throughout are unique features that remain intact. With adjacent campus real estate at a premium, it was important for the house to maximize its existing assets.
