As a building with a longstanding history in the Potter Highlands District, with its historical onsite chapel built in 1897, the 14-story independent living tower was in need of a complete refresh. The facility looked to Luminaut to modernize the resident’s living experience while providing a multitude of new amenity spaces. A full renovation of all resident units, including three floors of luxury units, answered the community’s growing need for upscale independent living. The renovation of this building provides residents with modern and vibrant spaces ranging from casual and formal dining, to a grab-n-go bistro on the ground level. A brand-new pub and private dining space on the 14th floor hosts spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains and downtown Denver.
