The Residence Inn, located in Indianapolis’ Old Southside neighborhood, is co-developed with apartments to create a cohesive extended stay venue. Anchoring the historic community, which was shaped by immigrants who formed a unified neighborhood, the mixed use development will attract diverse residents, guests, and diners to foster a sense of inclusive hospitality. The steel structure is clad cement fiber panels and its oversized windows provide natural light to the loft’s guest rooms and apartments. Residents’ balconies are drawn into the façade on the upper two levels. A transparent streetscape storefront invites passersby from Indianapolis’ main arterial, Meridian Street.
