The historic Cincinnatian Hotel was one of the grandest hotels of the 19th century. Its French Second Empire style offered the perfect environment for the Curio Collection by Hilton—keeping a great tradition of warmth and grace while giving the hotel a modern and luxurious upgrade. In addition to renovating all existing common spaces and guest rooms, a storage area on a prime street corner was transformed into two eateries: Brick & Mortar, an upscale gastropub with a locally-influenced menu, and the Hannaford Market, casual dining with both grab-and-go and made-to-order options.
