Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity worked closely with our team to renovate their existing Wabash College chapter house with the primary goal of updating and opening up the interior. Carefully selected interior walls were removed from the formal living and entry spaces to provide interactivity between brothers. A neutral base color palette punctuated with bold hues of eggplant and rust contribute to the living room’s sophisticated but comfortable aesthetic.

The Fraternity’s historic photos and relics found a permanent place on new casework and built-in shelving. The project was successfully completed over a summer season in time for the fall semester move in.
